So you've booked your first photo shoot with us (yaayyy!). We're excited and look forward to getting to know you. Our goal is to be extremely easy to work, and to always be clear, communicative, and straightforward upfront. Here's what you can expect from us:
Who We Are: We're a full-service, family-owned, Spokane-based real estate media company. We are huge believers in customer service and in building long-term relationships. We will always do our best to support your real estate business in any way we can!
What Services We Offer: The main services we offer are real estate photos, videos, drone photos, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and social media Reels. You can learn more about these services & when we recommend them here. We also offer virtual staging and decluttering, as well as single property websites and marketing templates. We'd love to talk to you about other projects too, such as branding videos, neighborhood videos, or commercial projects.
Hours of Operation: Our normal schedule for photo shoots is Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm, and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm. However, if you need something earlier in the morning, later in the evening, or on a weekend, don't hesitate to ask! We do try to reserve Sundays for family time.
Communication: We respond to all emails and DMs by the end of each day, and we try to be timely with returning phone calls as well. That said, if it's urgent, the quickest way to get ahold of us is by text.
Scheduling: The easiest way to book an appointment is to fill out our booking form online. This will allow you to see our availability and choose an appointment time that works for you and your sellers, without having to wait to hear back from us. We'll send you confirmation and let you know if there's any additional info we need.

Appointment Length: Most photo appointments take under an hour, and most bundle appointments take under two hours. It depends largely on how big the house is, the specific services you ordered, and how well the house was prepped before we arrive. We build in a 10-15 minute buffer to help prep the house a little bit at the beginning of the appointment (if needed).
Turnaround Time: We know real estate is fast-paced, so we always aim to be super speedy. Our standard turnaround times are:
- Photos & Drone Photos: 24 hours
- Floor plans & 3D Tours: 24-36 hours
- Video, Reels & Virtual Staging: 48 hours
If you need a quicker turnaround than this, let us know! We can do same-day photo delivery for a $50 rush fee, or we can usually send them by 11am the next morning for free.
Listings shot over the weekend (including Friday) are normally delivered on Monday morning. But if you're planning to go live over the weekend, just let us know and we'll send them within 24 hours. We're here to support your business!
Payment Terms: Full payment is due before downloading the photos. When we send the delivery email with all your media, we'll also send the invoice.
Travel Policy: If you're an agent based in Spokane, most likely we'll be willing to travel for your farther away listings too. Our core service area is up to 35 miles from downtown Spokane, and we have a $350 order minimum for shoots outside of this area.
For listings that are farther away, it's much appreciated if you can give us as much advance notice as possible. That way, we can try to coordinate multiple appointments in the same area and be efficient with our driving.
Rescheduling Policy: We do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, but we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we can try to find someone else to fit in that time slot.
