Happy New Year!! We have been working hard on some changes on our end, so we can better serve our clients! Here's what new for Inside Spokane in 2023:
1. New ordering system...with an app! We are switching to a new ordering system that we hope you guys will love. One of the most exciting things about this is that we now have our own Inside Spokane app (are we cool now?!). This will make it super easy & convenient to place orders from your phone. You'll be able to see real-time availability and book a shoot right from the app, when you're with your sellers or on the go. And you'll be able to download photos and Reels straight to your phone, which will make it super easy for social media posting. You'll still be able to order and download on your desktop as well! Check out our new ordering system here & download the Inside Spokane app in the App store (Apple or Android). Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all about the new system.

P.S. We'd love for you try our new ordering system and we think you'll find it easy & intuitive. However, if you'd rather text, email, or call to place an order, you can still do that too. :) We want to make it convenient for you!
2. Free marketing kits! We made a few adjustments to our existing services for 2023:
- Marketing kits are now included for FREE with all orders (not just bundles)! These include a single property website, flyer templates, postcard templates, social media and digital ad templates. They are fully customizable through our new ordering system!
- Detail shots: We are now offering vertical detail shots, perfect for social media. See some examples here.
- Adding drone to video orders: Rather than offering drone video footage and drone photos as separate add-ons, we will now automatically include drone photos along with drone video footage. Drone photos are still available individually.
3. Better availability! We have five photographers on our team going into 2023, and four of us with FAA Part 107 drone certification. We're excited to have increased availability across the board! As always, if you don't see availability on the day you need, feel free to reach out and we'll see if we can rearrange our schedule to fit you in!
4. New service: Introducing Branding Videos! We are super excited to roll out our newest service for 2023...branding videos! We strongly believe that video should be a key part of your marketing strategy in 2023. It is the best way to reach more people and build that "know, like, and trust" factor at scale. We have put together 5 commonly requested videos that are ideal for social media, as well as your website and email. See pricing & learn more about these here.
Talking Head Branding Reels
These are a great way to share your expertise & build your brand on social media! Offered in bundles of 5 or 10, branding Reels will be batch shot in one location with professional lighting. They will be edited & delivered ready to post with custom captions.
Video Business Card (Short "About Me" Video)
Share who you are & why clients would choose to work with you. This is a great anchor video that you can use in so many ways: on your website, in your email signature, pinned to the top of your social media profiles, and so on.
Neighborhood Video
Establish yourself as a local expert by showcasing specific neighborhoods you target. This is a great anchor video as well!
Client Testimonial Video
Even better than a Google review - a video testimonial is fantastic social proof for any potential clients that are checking you out. This is a great way to reach buyer clients with your video marketing (not just showing listings)! When you have a happy client singing your praises, that's the best possible message to win over new clients.
Local Expert Interview
Interview style video of you with another industry professional or small business owner (think lender, stager, etc.) Tip: split the cost & post a collaborator post on Instagram!
